Sharing a space

Collaborate with others by inviting them to join your space.

It is possible to create shared spaces with your coworkers and business partners by inviting them to your space. That way you have a nice co-working space, where everyone can keep track of all relevant documents and their signing status.

Web app

On web app you can share a space under the space you want to share. Press the people icon on the right corner to add team members or business partners, enter their email and assign a role for them in that space. Editors have permission to edit and view every document in that space. Viewers only have permission to view documents, but no editing rights.

Mobile apps

Android

In Android mobile app you an invite others by opening the detailed view of the space by clicking on 3-dots button and pressing the button Invite. Enter the email of your colleague or business partner and choose a desired role for them, press Invite button and the invitation is on its way! You can resend an invite anytime necessary by pressing the 3-dots button → Resend.

iPhone

On iOS app you can invite members to your space by opening the space and pressing the people icon on the top right corner. Then press Invite button, enter the email of your colleague or business partner and choose a desired role for them - either editor or viewer in that space. Now press Invite button and the invitation is on its way!
